MWB Engineering provided full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Fire Alarm services for the project. MWB Engineering also provided all utility filings, including site connection, backflow prevention, electric service.

The project was built to Passive House Standards and features energy recovery ventilation systems to provide fresh air to all occupied spaces, as well as solar arrays.
