Flori is a Founding Principal of MWB Engineering and has 20+ years of technical engineering experience. Flori believes in producing accurate and detailed MEP designs that allow for Owners and Construction Teams to build a comfortable and functioning environment.

Flori has designed projects in all market sectors and is the trusted advisor of many commercial property managers and building owners.

Jahnavi is a quality-driven Principal of MWB Engineering. She has established her career in the affordable housing market, with over 2,000,000 ft2 of successfully designed properties.

Because of this experience, Jahnavi has also had extensive communication with HPD and the associated EGC requirements. Jahnavi also advises many Owners in the healthcare, residential, and hospitality industries to design Article 28 facilities, hotels, and restaurants.

Chelseyann is a Founding Principal who aims to view spaces with a thoughtful eye (whether it be a new construction project or a renovation project) and with a strong focus on energy conservation as well as the overall health of all occupants.

Because of her focus on energy conservation, Chelseyann is a resource for LEED Consulting projects, LEED Commissioning projects, energy modeling, Local Law 84 ,87, 97 Compliance, and Mechanical Commissioning.
