MWB Engineering recently completed work on Center 15, a commercial building with a mechanically ventilated parking garage. The first and second floors include Article 28 medical spaces, and the upper floors are designed as white box spaces. MWB designed the building’s units to exceed the energy code by at least 20%, ensuring high efficiency and sustainability throughout the project.
